Sunday Service at 10 am

Hello and welcome to Rapid City’s St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church’s presence on the web! We are so pleased that you found us and are interested in learning more about our community of faith. After you have browsed our site, I hope it will move you to visit us in person one  Sunday morning or Saturday evening.

When you come to St. Andrew’s you will find a caring and hospitable group of people who are dedicated to spreading the transformative love of God through Jesus Christ. We come from all over Rapid City and the Black Hills area to worship and fellowship with each other. We love to sing which adds prayer and praise to our Sunday morning Eucharist. We can also be quiet so that we are meditative and contemplative—especially at our Wednesday morning and Saturday evening services.  We love to cook and find any excuse to share stories and break bread together.  We love to laugh and have many events during our calendar year outside our worship that enhances our life as a parish family.

Most of all, we are committed to serving others in our own congregation and in our neighborhood and communities in which we live.  Many of our members are dedicated to outreach efforts locally, nationally and internationally.  Our Eucharistic Visitors minister to those who are sick at home or in the hospital.  We are always searching for new ways to seek and serve Jesus Christ in all people.

We hope that you will stop in and visit us soon!  We look forward to meeting you! For more information about us, we may be reached at 605.343.4210 or

Grace and peace from the beautiful Black Hills, something interesting about your business here. Deacon Marty Garwood.
