We are followers of Jesus within the Anglican tradition, which means that we seek to be a church that continues in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in the prayers. We do this primarily by gathering together each week to hear the Word of God through scripture, sermon, and songs, and to receive the Holy Communion of the body and blood of our Lord. We are also a baptizing community, and frequently welcome adults and infants into Christ’s Church through the sacrament of Baptism.
Our life together as a church begins with our worship, but it does not end there. We are a people who enjoy spending time together and serving Christ alongside one another. We are a people of potluck dinners and gala concerts, of scripture studies and pastoral care ministries, of support groups and coffee fellowship. We strive to be a church where all are welcomed in God's name with outstretched arms.
We are a member of the Episcopal Church and are located within the Diocese of South Dakota. As Episcopalians, we are also members of the global Anglican Community. Our worship is grounded in the Book of Common Prayer and the Enriching Our Worship series.
